Commission Policy

Audiohook does not support conversion reversals, including for canceled orders or attribution disputes. Our AI-driven attribution model is specifically designed to identify and credit only those conversions that would not have occurred without exposure to an Audiohook campaign. The model accounts for factors such as duplication, customer behavior, and conversion quality as part of its attribution process, which is why attributed conversions are considered final and are not subject to reversal or contested attribution claims.

Campaign Commitment & Conversion Window

Campaigns require a minimum 30-day run period, followed by a 30-day conversion window to capture performance from prior media exposure. If a campaign is ended after the initial 30 days, media delivery stops immediately, while conversion data may continue to accrue during the attribution window. A minimum of 3 days' notice is required to pause campaigns.
